Aiming the ground settlement causing by the excavation of Yuhan Road tunnel,the reasons are analyzed systematically.On the basis of the prevention theory of land subsidence,this study focuses on the prevention technique of ground surface settlement induced by the construction of tunnel.In the first part,the research status of ground settlement caused by tunnel excavation is systematically summarized,based on the influence of shallow-buried excavation,the key problem of prevention technology in ground settlement is analyzed in detail.Through the classification of tunnel flooding accidents which induce the ground settlement,the precursory characteristic,the causes,the influencing factors of the accidents are giving out.Based on several grouting theory in different conditions,the prevention and control technology theory of ground settlement caused by shallow buried tunnel construction is summarized.Relying on the Jinan Yuhan road tunnel construction project,based on the field exploration and test data,the grouting reinforcement method of three-stage and four-order is aroused combined with the existing theories.Through the implementation of the proposed method,referring to the results of ground settlement,tunnel vault displacement and horizontal convergence,the effectiveness of the scheme is evaluated.The results show that the proposed grouting reinforcement method can effectively control the surface subsidence disaster caused by water burst and mud in Shunyu Road.
