Research On The Influence Of Spatial Forms On The Wind Environment Of Multi-High-Level Mixed Residential Area In Harbin In Winter

With the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of residential areas with different shapes are built in the city,among which multi-level mixed residential areas are the most common.In order to improve the comfort of the outdoor space climate environment in the mixed residential area of Harbin,this paper takes Harbin,a city in the severe cold area,as an example to study the influence of spatial form on the outdoor wind environment of multi-rise mixed residential areas.This paper first expounds the research status of the thermal environment in residential areas at home and abroad and points out the limitations of existing research.By summarizing the current situation of residential areas in severe cold cities,the multi-high-rise mixed residential areas are determined as research objects.After that,the author investigates and counts the status quo and characteristics of multi-rise mixed residential areas in Harbin,and summarizes the four types of horizontal forms of multi-rise mixed residential areas: encircled,belted,concentrated,and scattered,determining the height of tall buildings and high-rise buildings.The ratio is the main influencing factor of the vertical shape of the mixed settlement.Through the field measurement method and the application of micro-climate simulation software ENVI-met,the variation law of wind environment in multi-rise mixed residential areas under the influence of different horizontal space forms and vertical space forms is explored.Studies have shown that building orientation,horizontal form,high-rise building height,and high-rise building proportions have a significant impact on the wind environment of multi-rise mixed residential areas.For the winter climate of Harbin,it is advisable to adopt a north-south orientation arrangement.The mixed residential area should preferably be concentrated or belt-shaped.The high-rise buildings should be arranged on the east side,and the height should not be higher than 18 floors.At the same time,the proportion of high-rise buildings will have a greater impact on the wind environment of mixed settlements.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the mixed residential wind environment with different spatial forms,the related design strategies of the spatial pattern of mixed settlements based on wind environment are proposed.
