IUR Knowledge Collaboration Research Based On Networked Evolutionary Game

As a significant approach to implementing innovation-driven development strategy,IUR(Industry-University-Researh Institute)cooperation is heated.However,dealing with the problems caused by low enthusiasm of collaborative agents is a major concern.The essence of IUR cooperation is the process of knowledge transfer,sharing,absorbing and creating.And the appearance of orginazaitons like Tecnology Innovaiton Alliances reflects that IUR cooperation has the development trend of network.Therefore,the analysis on the process of IUR cooperation can be based on knowledge collaboration and the network structure of IUR.And,it is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of collaborative agents in this way.This paper first summarizes the recent researches on IUR cooperation,knowledge collaboration and the theory of evolutionary game.Secondly,to analysis the process of collaborative knowledge production,we devide it into preparation phase,operation phase and extension phase.At the same time,we conclude factors in influencing knowledge collaboration from three dimensions: Collaborative object,agent and environment.Next,the networked evolutionary game on knowledge collaboration is constructed including network structure,evolutionary game model and policy update rules.Finally,based on 519 patents data of IUR cooperation in mobile communications industry,an example of the model is established.Through simulation,we analysis the roles of the factors on improving the knowledge collaborative effect.These factors include the power of rewards and punishments,income distribution proportion,potential difference on stock of knowledge and the cooperation network structure.Then,we find that changing the value of the relevant parameters,the agents of IUR cooperation can change their knowledge collaborative strategies so as to enhance the knowledge collaborative effect of the whole IUR network.Finally,some advice are given according to the research: in the preparation phase,based on market-orientation,the agents of IUR cooperation need to select partners with potential difference on stock of knowledge in a reasonable range and clear powers and obligations;in the operation phase,the main body status of enterprises,the role of government and the degree of synergy should be strengthed;in the extension phase,fair distribution of benefits is important.
