Research On Biosafety Literature Analysis Based On Multi-layer Complex Networks

Biosafety is an important pillar of national security strategy.Many countries incorporate biosafety into national security strategy and study on biosafety and related concepts.However,there is a lack of effective theoretical framework for analysis of biosafety related literature.In this context,this paper presents a research framework for biosafety literature analysis based on the combination of multi-layer complex network and bibliometrics,and the specific work are as follows:Firstly,this paper proposes an analysis framework in biosafety literature based on multi-layer complex network,and the network in the framework was formally described,standardizing the general steps of multi-layer network on the modeling of massive literature data.Based on this,the relevant calculation factors under the research framework are defined,which provides theoretical support for the analysis of biosafety literatureSecondly,this paper designs an example of biosafety literature analysis framework.We puts forward a research hotspot analysis process of biosafety literature based on complex network and bibliometrics,which provides general procedure for transforming massive data into effective information.Finally,bibliometrics of genetic enhancement was used as data set for empirical analysis.Research hot spot identification and analysis of complex network was conducted.Key researchers and research teams were also recognized.In this paper,we conduct in-depth study on the field of biosafety literature analysis,this paper proposes a framework of biosafety literature analysis based on multi-layer complex network,meanwhile the relevant calculation factors under the research framework are defined.On this basis,bibliometrics of genetic enhancement was used as data set for empirical analysis which completes the instantiation of the frame system.
