Nuclear power is a way to generate electricity from the heat released by nuclear fission or fusion in nuclear reactor.Another advantage of nuclear power is clean,pollution-free,almost zero emissions.Hainan Changjiang nuclear power plant is located in Tangxing village of Changjiang County in Hainan Province.This project is the first nuclear power plant to be drained by immersed tube in China.By studying the existing hydraulic calculation formula and determining the parameters,the calculation method and formula of the velocity and head loss of the drainage immersed tube in the sea area are determined.Then by carrying out the related model test,the design method,the rationality of the design parameters and the accuracy of the calculation results are checked.The design of the drainage immersed tube and its head can meet the design requirements of the whole nuclear power plant.The hydraulic calculation for rectangular long distance pipeline,hydraulic calculation parameters(friction coefficient,local resistance coefficient)basically adopt hydraulic calculation of manual data,and the accuracy is not enough,which can not reflect the actual cross-section.Also the immersed pipe is placed in the sea,internally attached by large quantities of sea biology.The original pipe surface shape and the roughness are changed,which is difficult to ensure the rationality of results only through hydraulic calculation results.Therefore corresponding experimental model is needed to ensure the design of the drainage immersed pipe.
