With the development of large-scale equipment manufacturing industry in offshore engineering,the resources of the slipway resources are almost exhausted,and the construction technology of non-slipway has received unprecedented attention.Compared with the traditional slipway construction,the non-slipway modular construction technology has the characteristics of high standardization,good cost controllability and short construction cycle.At present,there is a lack of systematic analysis of module partition of large structures at home and abroad.Based on the characteristics of large-steel structure and non-slipway construction,a module division and evaluation method for large-steel structures is presented in this paper:1)According to the characteristics of large steel structures,a generalized feature model is established.The basic database structure of PDMS software and the related knowledge of the secondary development is introduced,especially the technology of extraction and management of the key information in PDMS model,providing data for the later module division.2)The strategies and principles of large structure module division are analyzed.The key technologies involved in the module division of non-slipway are analyzed and expounded,including the foundation bearing capacity of the non-slipway,the transportation technology of the SPMT,the analysis of module building padding pier,etc.3)The design process of module division of large-steel structure is analyzed,and the constraint model and module division model are established.The two level comprehensive evaluation method is selected to establish the evaluation model of large-steel structure module division.4)The database of large-steel structures division system is designed,and the module division system of large-steel structures is established.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out in combination with a practical engineering case,which verifies the feasibility of theory and the reliability of system.Through the research of this paper,the key problem of how to determine the module division scheme in the process of the large-steel structures construction is solved,which can improve the efficiency of the non-slipway construction,reduce the construction cost of enterprises and promote the improvement and development of the whole industry chain.
