Slope is a common geological phenomenon in engineering, and its stability and settlement are always the focus of attention. At present, there are many methods of slope stability analysis, but the single analysis method has its limitations and fortuitousness,so it is not enough to fully analyze the research object. Therefore, the more reasonable method is to analyze and compare the same object with various methods to reduce the error and contingency. In this paper, the limit equilibrium method, the strength reduction finite element method and the comprehensive analogy method of grey correlation analysis are adopted in the study of slope stability.to Establishing GM(1,1)model to predict the slope position by using grey theory. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The slope models were established and analyzed in FLAC 3D and GeoStudio, respectively. The average value of safety factor under different limit equilibrium method in GeoStudio is less 6% than that in FLAC 3D,and the result is not different. But FLAC3 D is more comprehensive than GeoStudio in analyzing mechanical characteristics.(2)In FLAC 3D,the convergence of the maximum unbalance force of the slope and the transfixion of the plastic zone are taken as the criterion of the slope failure. The results show that the selected slope is in a stable state, which is consistent with the actual state.(3)Using the grey system theory to establish GM(1,1)model and metabolism model to predict the slope displacement and settlement, both models have high fitting degree, but metabolic model is more close to the measured value.(4)The grey correlation degree analysis is used to solve the correlation coefficient between the slope to be evaluated and the reference slope, and the stability of the slope to be evaluated is obtained by using the comprehensive class ratio method. The results show that the prediction results obtained by this method are in accordance with the actual situation.(5)The advantages and disadvantages of strength reduction and comprehensive analogy method of grey correlation analysis in slope stability study show that the two methods are applicable in engineering, and they can complement each other and confirm each other.Through the study of the selected slope, the method of slope stability analysis can be obtained, and the feasibility of grey system in displacement prediction is verified, whichprovides the basis for slope analysis in the future engineering.
