With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the water consumpti on of various industries is increasing which cause water resources overexploited and utilized,and rational development and utilization of water resources is ve ry important.The focus of the implementation of the most stringent water reso urces management system is carrying out the post-assessment of the constructio n project water resources argumentation.The scientific evaluation method is co nducive to guiding the construction project water resources argumentation to be carried out more extensively in the future work.In this paper,the fuzzy com prehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively estimate the post-asse ssment evaluation of water resources for construction projects,which provides f uture water resources management with scientific basis and certain technical gu idance.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the review of the data,we will understand the research progress made in the post-assessment at home and abroad,and introduce the development status of post-assessment of water resources argumentation for construction projects.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is the paper's research method.First,the analytic hierarchy process determines the weights of the various evaluation indicators and then obtains the set weight.Then,an evaluation matrix is established by constructing the membership function to calculate the membership degree of each index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to convert and determine the membership degree of each indicator to the whole.(3)According to the content of post-assessment of water resources in the construction project,the oil,steel and coking industries are selected due to th e characteristics of water use in various industries.On the basis of the constru ction principle of post-assessment evaluation index system of water resources f or construction projects,the evaluation indicator system is constructed from tw o aspects: management and technology.(4)Taking the post-assessment evaluation of water resources in a construction project of Handan Coking Co.,Ltd.as an example,the post-project evaluation work was carried out with selected evaluation index system of the coking industry,and the comprehensive evaluation was conducted through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At last,the evaluation results were good.The results show that the water resources demonstration work of the pre-construction project was developed well,and the implementation in the aspects of taking,using and retreating water is good in the actual operation of the project.The evaluation results obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method have certain feasibility,which provide a certain reference value and reference for the future water resources management.
