Taxonomy And Molecular Phylogeny Of Bolbitiaceae In Northeast China

Species of Bolbitius,Conocybe and Pholiotina in Bolbitiaceae form Northeast China would be included in this study by morphological and phylogenetic method.Descriptions,line drawings,partly photos of fresh mushrooms as well as some photos of basidiospores taken by scanning electronic telescope would be provided.Taxonomical history and economical utilization of Bolbitiaceae also be displayed.The facts that Agrocybe genus should be removed to Strophoraceae is supported in this study.Keys containing 2 new speciese,Conocybe cylindricaspora,Conocybe serratura;25 new records,Conocybe subpallida Enderle,Conocybe semiglobata Kühner & Watling,Conocybe subxerophytica Singer & Hauskn.,Conocybe dunensis T.J.Wallace,Conocybe juniana(Velen.)Hauskn.& Svr?ek,Conocybe echinata(Velen.)Singer,Conocybe mesospora Kühner ex Watling,Conocybe brachypodii(Velen.)Hauskn.& Svr?ek,Conocybe microspora(Velen.)Dennis,Conocybe digitalina(Velen.)Singer,Conocybe pilosella(Pers.)Kühner,Conocybe rostellata(Velen.)Hauskn.& Svr?ek,Conocybe velutipes(Velen.)Hauskn.& Svr?ek,Conocybe moseri Watling,Conocybe lenticulospora Watling,Conocybe fuscimarginata(Murrill)Singer,Conocybe bisporigera(Hauskn.& Krisai)Arnolds,Conocybe cyanopus(G.F.Atk.)Kühner,Pholiotina dasypus(Romagn.)P.-A.Moreau,Conocybe utriformis P.D.Orton,Conocybe utricystidiata(Enderle & H.-J.Hübner)Somhorst,Pholiotina vexans(P.D.Orton)Bon,Conocybe aberrans(Kühner)Kühner,Conocybe coprophila(Kühner)Kühner,Pholiotina sulcata Arnolds & Hauskn.;and 5 common species Bolbitius titubans(Bull.)Fr.,Conocybe tenera(Schaeff.)Fayod,Conocybe macrocephala Kühner & Watling,Conocybe apala(Fr.)Arnolds,Conocybe macrospora(G.F.Atk.)Hauskn.as well as 1 unknown species in Bolbitiaceae on the Genus,Sections and species level based on 300 specimens stored in Hebarium of Mycology of Jilin Agricultural University(HMJAU)as well as collection by author.Molecular phylogenetic analyses based on ITS sequences from Chinese materals and from Genbank were taken.According to phylogenetic analyses of ITS sequences: Bolbitius,Conocybe and Descolea were monophyly,Pholiotina were paraphyly,the limitation of genera in Bolbitiaceae should be refined.Morphological infrageneric division of the genus Conocybe and Pholiotina are consistant with their phylogenetic frames.
