| Water is essential to human life and production of natural resources,but also an important element upon which the biological survival of environmental resources and the entire ecosystem.Chinese total water resources of about 2.8 trillion cubic meters,but due to its vast,per-capita water resources are not abundant.Also due to the uneven distribution of water resources in the region,frequent floods and droughts,water pollution is more serious,leading to growing water shortages exacerbated the water crisis has become one of major concern.Monitoring and management of water resources is undoubtedly one of the fundamental means to solve the water crisis.Currently water monitoring from the traditional manual monitoring and remote monitoring methods,are moving in the direction of intelligent,network monitoring.With the rapid development of networking technology and a wide range of applications for monitoring of water-related issues provided a new direction.Things rich in content,many technologies,its core is in communication with physical objects interact,not only can be combined with different instances,but also for a certain area to build a unified platform that provides a communication interface for each application instance,data transfer information and sharing.This paper presents a real-time networking of water monitoring and management system based on the overall design,in order to support the most stringent water management as its core business,fully rely on existing water information infrastructure,resource and information sharing as a means of integration,mathematical model of water resources,water conservancy networking,data communications transmission,two three-dimensional GIS geographic information technology and other core technologies to water,water,water and drainage,and other major aspects of water resources development and utilization of water function area monitoring and surveillance as the basis,water conservancy government extranet based,business applications focused water management system,the formation of water resources management system to support the work of the service platform and decision-support environment,water resources management in order to better fulfill the responsibilities of the competent authorities to achieve water quality fine monitoring,comprehensive water resources information services,efficient use of water resources assessment and protection provided to configure and scientific decision-making support.The system is designed based networking technology,with the sensor network,combining information and communication industry,building a sound water resources real time monitoring and management of the environment.Scientific,efficient,intelligent and guarantee implementation of the comprehensive utilization of water resources to meet the diversity of information transmission,real-time and integrated management of the demand.Real-time monitoring and management of water resources,information collection and transmission automation,information exchange and sharing of automation,electronic business processing and network monitoring and off-site consultation and visualization. |
