Rectangular packing and machining path optimization exist widely in the field of manufacturing.Optimizing production scheduling is an effective way to improve profitability.This topic is derived from a rectangular layout problem with surface track characteristics encountered in actual production.Such special processing is different from the traditional rectangular layout and path optimization problem.Summarize the research of existing algorithms,an optimization method combining adaptive genetic algorithm with graph theory is put forward.Using this algorithm,the Delta3 D engine is applied to complete the development of virtual assistant system.This method aims at finding the optimal path of processing.Finally,the problem of path optimization is transformed into an undirected graph connectivity problem,and the genetic algorithm is used to search theglobal in the solution space.In genetic algorithm,the initial population preprocessing method and operator adaptive mechanism are used to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm.Finally,according to the BL positioning strategy,we finish the layout of rectangles.The open source Delta3 D game engine has successfully developed a3 D virtual auxiliary layout platform,and a number of problems encountered in the process of development are explained in detail.The platform uses Qt as a graphical user interface development library,and OpenSceneGraphy completes scene rendering.In addition,considering the results given by any layout system,the final plan must be determined by people.This paper mainly analyzes the message processing mechanism of the system,the monitoring process of mouse and keyboard events,and the mouse operation principle of the space object.Finally,it is verified by experiments that the virtual assistant layout platform can find the layout results satisfying the requirement goals in most cases,which is a very reliable method.
