In recent years,the oil seismic exploration industry has been developed rapidly,especially in the shallow sea region.Many new technologies,new methods,new equipments appeared constantly.These situations bring high standards,more demands.At the same time,the number of raw data and results are much more than before,and post-processing needs more time.As a result,the traditional data processing method and the result management mode are unable to meet the current demand.To keep up with the developing situation,BGP has developed many relevant software and hardware products,such as Dolphin integrated navigation&positioning system,HydroPlus navigation software,BPS acoustic positioning system,etc.But these products are designed only for field operation,not including post-processing function.According to the current situation,we did investigation and analysis,and developed a special software,the name is OBSOffice(Ocean Bottom Seismic Office),which is designed special for the navigation and positioning data post-processing for seismic exploration in shallow sea.OBSOffice is developed by using C++ programming language.This article describes the software architecture,design principle,software functions in details.At last,we sketch its good application through two different types of application cases,one is a OBC(Ocean Bottom Cable)seismic project,and the other is a OBN(Ocean Bottom Node)seismic project.OBC is the mainstream in seismic exploration in shallow sea now,but OBN represents the future.
