Photonic Crystal Fiber(PCF)has attracted extensive attention in the field of optical Fiber sensing and communication due to its flexible and controllable structure and light-controlling properties.The Surface Plasmon Resonance(SPR)technology has been applied in the sensing field due to its high sensitivity.The combination of these two technologies can not only give full play to the structural advantages of D-shaped PCF,but also solve the technical problem of coating metal film in PCF air hole.This method provides a new opportunity for the development of optical fiber sensing technology.Based on the structure design of D-shaped PCF and surface plasmon resonance technology,the temperature and magnetic field sensing design is completed in this paper.The research content of this paper is shown below:(1)The research background of D-shaped photonic crystal fiber based on surface plasmon resonance(PCF-SPR)is introduced,the research progress and development trend of D-shaped PCF-SPR sensing methods are summarized.The sensing principle and developing trend of coupled mode theory and mode interference theory based on PCF are introduced.(2)Based on the dependence of magnetic fluids(MF)materials refractive index on temperature and magnetic field,a magnetic field sensing device with temperature compensation was designed.Based on the finite element analysis method,the transmission characteristics of the sensor were studied and the structure was optimized.At the same time,the effect of gold and silver composite film on SPR effect is studied,and the temperature compensated magnetic field measurement is realized by using the two-parameter matrix method.The results show that the sensor structure can achieve temperature compensation within the range of 0 ~ 80?,and the sensitivity of magnetic field can reach up to0.87 nm / mT within the range of0 ~ 60 mT,and the linearity is 0.9987.(3)In order to improve the magnetic field sensitivity in the previous structure,SPR technology and Sagnac interference technology were combined with D-shaped PCF.We optimize the sensing structures of D-shaped PCF for simultaneous measurement of temperature and magnetic field.The sensing structure can realize the measurement within the range of-30 ~ 50? and 0 ~ 25 mT,and the sensitivity is-1nm/ ? and 4.83nm/ mT...
