The drainage building is a major component of the water conservancy project.It is mainly used to discharge floods or drownings in reservoirs,rivers and lakes,channels,and reclamation areas,or to vacate waters to repair water structures to ensure water.Buildings can operate safely and reduce flooding.The study of the hydraulic characteristics of the low water discharge is the basis for the safe operation of hydraulic structures.Previous studies on draining buildings were mainly about overflow dams,spillways,flood discharge tunnels,flood gates,flood dykes,etc.,but there was no research specifically on water leakage and low porosity.In this paper,the combination of physical model test and numerical simulation is used to study the hydraulic characteristics of the low-water draining hole.The main work is as follows:(1)The main forms of the water-dissipating buildings and the main research status of the water-dissipating buildings at home and abroad are expounded,which shows the significance of the research on the low-pore drainage.(2)Describes some theoretical concepts of turbulence models,mainly introduces the theory of time-averaged turbulence model and the method of capturing free surface(3)Taking a low water discharge as the research object,following the gravity similarity criterion,using the normal model,the physical model test is carried out with a scale of 1:30,and the test measurement method is introduced.The key research is to check the 61.1m gate of the water level.Water quality characteristics of water leakage and low hole hydraulic characteristics when different gate water levels are used when the gate is fully open.(4)A numerical simulation study was carried out on a low-pore drain hole.The calculation grid was calculated by ICEM.The RNG k-? turbulence model was calculated by FLUENT.The hydraulic parameters such as flow rate,surface elevation,section average flow rate,and hydrodynamic pressure were processed by Surfer software and Origin software.Comparing the content of numerical simulation analysis with the physical model test measurement data,the results are consistent,the error is less than 5%.The research results show that the numerical simulation method is an effective method to study the hydraulic characteristics of low water leakage.Through the physical model test and numerical simulation comparison,the discharge capacity of the low water discharge is verified,and the pressure,water level elevation and flow velocity distribution of the low water discharge are given.The flow rate results meet the requirements of the specification and the operation is given.The unfavorable working conditions of alternating full flow and the critical value of tapping the gate hinge under different working conditions are provided,which provides a scientific basis for the safe operation of the actual project.
