A molecular motor is a protein molecule that converts chemical energy into mechanical energy.The main types of molecular motors are myosin,kinesin and dynein;dynein can be divided into cytoplasmic dynein and axis filament dynein depending on its function and cell type.Cytoplasmic dynein is a molecular motor that transports cargo along microtubules in many cells,including cargoes,organelles,RNA,protein complexes,and viruses.There are two subtypes(isomers)of cytoplasmic dynein,one of which is responsible for cargo transport in cilia,called cytoplasmic dynein B(cytoplasmic dynein 2),which is mainly found in flagella;the other is in cytoplasm The cargo is transported along microtubules,called cytoplasmic dynein-1.This paper mainly studies cytoplasmic dynein 1,referred to as cytoplasmic dynein.The cytoplasmic dynein hydrolyzes ATP,which converts chemical energy into mechanical energy of its own movement,which is accompanied by changes in the conformation of the cytoplasmic motor protein,allowing its own leader and follower to move along the microtubule under load.However,each time the head is combined with the microtubule and then combined,the position at which the head binds to the microtubule is uncertain.It is a random phenomenon,that is,the distance and direction of movement of cytoplasmic dynein in each working cycle are random..The main purpose of this paper is to theoretically explain this dynamic behavior of cytoplasmic dynein.In this paper,the structure of cytoplasmic kinesin,the experimental results of its dynamic behavior and the Bell's equation of reaction rate were synthesized.The classical mechanical model of cytoplasmic kinesin was established.The obtained step size distribution was the same as that of the experiment.In addition,the quantum mechanical model of a single cytoplasmic dynein complex is given.The complex is regarded as a microscopic system.The method of calculating the load and other parameters is theoretically given,but the cytoplasmic kinetic protein step obtained by the model.The long distribution is continuous,so further improvements are needed.
