For enterprises,external recruitment is an important part of human resources management,and also an important way for enterprises to supplement new employees and expand their own development.With the development of information technology,online recruitment on the Internet is becoming more and more common.For job seekers,filling in information and applying for jobs on the Internet is low-cost,but this causes enterprises to spend more energy in screening when facing a large number of job seeker's information,or only pay attention to a single factor of job seekers to save screening time.Therefore,in the screening process of network recruitment,it is of great significance to rationally use the theory of talent evaluation in human resources management and to select appropriate mathematical methods for comprehensive evaluation.Based on the project of Industrial Talent Network of Shanghai Easy Grid Network Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies the theory of talent evaluation,understands the origin and development of talent evaluation theory,and analyses the value characteristics of talent and the principles and methods of establishing talent evaluation index system.Secondly,several commonly used comprehensive evaluation mathematical models are studied.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is selected to apply to the talent evaluation and the development of the prototype system.Next,the basic concepts of membership theory and fuzzy mathematics are briefly expounded.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics.Using the membership degree theory of fuzzy mathematics,qualitative evaluation is transformed into quantitative evaluation,which has been widely used in many fields.This paper discusses how to apply the model in talent evaluation,gives the general steps and gives a formal summary.On the other hand,after referring to some literatures and analyzing the actual needs of the recruitment process,it is proposed that in the application process of the model,customizable templates should be used to meet the different needs of different positions,that is,the non-immobilized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model should be used to enable enterprises to exert their autonomy in recruiting different positions.Then on the basis of the previous research,this paper designs and develops a prototype system with talent evaluation function to make the recruitment process of human resource management(HRM)more systematic and reasonable,and expounds how to implement the self-customizable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in this system.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research results of this paper,it points out the shortcomings in this study and the related problems that can be further improved in the future.
