In recent years,human brain project has been launched in Europe and USA.And a new upsurge of research on the brain science is set up in global.The brain is the most complex organs of human body both in structure and function.The functions of the brain is always rely on extensive interaction between multiple brain regions,thus it is extremely necessary to study the function of the brain from the perspective of the network.Brain networks can not only be used to study the structure and function of the brain in terms of structural,morphology and so on,but also can study the relationship with the disease.The research on brain network needed medical knowledge compare with signal processing for researchers,it's significant to build a system which is briefness,reliable and easy to use.In this paper,an intuitive and friendly brain network simulation platform was built with the core code written in MATLAB language based on MATLAB GUI,which is facilitate the processing and analysis of various types of data,and is useful for the further study of brain network.Main points of this paper are as follows:1.Main interface designing and system building.The platform based on MATLAB GUI,MATLAB language is used to write the core code and build the framework to achieve a reasonable page layout,and to achieve the brain network simulation process of interaction and visualization,while the secondary development platform is provided to users.2.Detail functions of the Platform.Brain network simulation platform for the realization of specific functions including: EEG(electroencephalogram)data input,EEG signal preprocessing,according to the EEG signal analysis method,set the threshold to obtain adjacency matrix and build the brain network connection diagram,network properties of complex networks.So that in the future,its investigation may reflect the physiological significance,as well as explore the role of brain function network effect.3.Instance analysis.The brain network simulation platform was applied for researching the EEG signal during stimulating the Zusanli acupoint.We found that the correlation properties are varies between the nodes of each channel,adjacent matrix and brain network connection under the different frequency magnetic stimulation at the Zusanli acupoint.This results show that the platform based on MATLAB GUI is not only user-friendly,but also very convenient for processing and analyzing EEG data.In this paper,the brain network simulation platform is built for the construction and analysis of the brain network based on MATLAB GUI.The platform is easy to use,intuitive and user-friendly in the analysis,processing and research of EEG data.With the further explore to brain network,new functions are added to the system in practical applications gradually,which would play a greater extent of the platform.
