Now,more and more research based on Complex Network theory,and the theory is penetrating into a lot of fields.It is found that the application of related Complex Network theory can promote the research of the brain network.So the thesis researches the synchronization issues of the brain under the Complex Network.It can be analyzed from two ways to determine the connection of the brain network: the linear method and the nonlinear method.This paper adopts Pearson correlation coefficient and Hilbert phase synchronization method to study the ? wave,? wave,? wave and ? wave of EEG,and then built complex brain networks with related data,also analyzed the average degree,clustering coefficient and average path length and other specific parameters.In this paper,the required data obtained by the EEG signal information in acupuncture testing.The research idea of this thesis is that: Firstly,chose the right Network nodes.The thesis uses 64 electrodes which are in the electrode caps when those tested for the Network nodes.Secondly,process these data in off-line analysis,then analyze the signal with Pearson correlation coefficient and the Hilbert phase synchronous.After the proper adjustment of the threshold,get the matrix which is used to build Complex Network.At last,the corresponding average degree,clustering coefficient and average path length of the complex brain network are calculated and analyzed.The analysis result indicates that the distribution of ? wave?? wave?? wave and ? wave occurs a certain change under acupuncture treatment and that the ? wave effect is the strongest.In addition,the analysis indicates that ? wave?? wave?? wave and ? wave set the front of the brain in obvious action.Then,after analyzing the specific numerical of average length,the clustering coefficient and the average of the complex brain network,we can clearly see the changes for the formation of ? wave?? wave?? wave and ? wave brain network during the course of acupuncture treatment.This conclusion is consistent with the results obtained in two different methods.
