Sichuan Jinfu Modern Agricultural Co.,Ltd.is a provincial-level key agricultural industrialization enterprise integrating rabbit breeding,breeding,rabbit meat food processing,feed production and research,cage development,organic fertilizer production and so on.The company adopts the cooperative mode of "company + farmer" and sells more than 1 million commercial rabbits annually.In recent years,the epidemic diarrhea disease of rabbits in Sichuan has shown an increasing trend,which has seriously affected the economic benefits of rabbit breeding enterprises.Diarrhea caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli is one of the main causes of rabbit diarrhea,causing serious economic losses to rabbit breeding industry.Detection of drug resistance and drug resistance genes in rabbit Escherichia coli is helpful to understand the spread of drug resistance and epidemic situation of drug resistance genotypes in Jinfu Agricultural Rabbit Breeding Area,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use.In this study,55 samples were collected from Jinfu Agricultural Rabbit Breeding Area.Through morphological,biochemical and specific PCR detection,46 strains of E.coli from rabbits were isolated and identified.The isolation rate was 83.6%.The susceptibility test of 19 antimicrobial agents to amoxicillin was carried out by K-B method recommended by CLSI.The results showed that the isolates were completely resistant to amoxicillin.The resistance rates of 12 antimicrobial agents,such as compound trimethoprim,sulfamethoxazole,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin and streptomycin,were higher,ranging from 50.00% to 95.65%.Resistance rates to cefotaxime,cefazolin,cefoxitin,cefalexin,amikacin,kanamycin and doxycycline were relatively low,with resistance rates ranging from 17.39% to 47.83%.The isolates showed severe drug resistance and multiple drug resistance in varying degrees,with 10-12 resistance being the main resistance,accounting for 60.87% of the isolates.According to the results of drug sensitivity test,the resistance genes of 14 kinds of antibiotics were detected by PCR.The results showed that 8 drug-resistant genotypes were detected,of which TEM,CTX-M,tetB,sul1,qnrS,tetA and six genotypes were the main epidemic genotypes.The detection rate of tetracycline tetB was the highest(82.60%),and the detection rates of sul1,qnrS and tetA were 58.70%-67.39%,followed by TEM and CTX-M(34.78%).% and 23.91%;two genotypes of OXA and rmtB were not popular in residential areas,with a detection rate of 8.70% and 6.52% respectively.In summary,the E.coli isolated from Jinfu farming rabbit farming area had different degrees of drug resistance and showed multiple drug resistance.The corresponding drug resistance genes were detected by PCR method,and the epidemic situation of common drug resistance genes in Jinfu farming rabbit farming area was mastered.This study provides a reference for veterinary clinicians to select drugs reasonably and effectively control drug resistance of E.coli.
