Settlement Analysis Of Adding Stories Of Wenzhou Frame Structure

On the basis of all the weight of the building,the building will inevitably produce a certain settlement under the combined effect of the compression and the upper load of the foundation soil,and the foundation settlement(especially the uneven settlement)will in turn add internal forces and deformation to the upper structure,and destroy the structure of the upper junction,even more than the bearing of the component.The limit makes housing transform from normal state to dangerous housing.The illegal use and modification of buildings will aggravate the uneven settlement of buildings.The research object of this paper is a special type of Wenzhou.This type of building is more common,and the upper load increases sharply after the number of double layers.The uneven settlement of this type of house is serious and the proportion of the dangerous house is very high.On the basis of the actual housing safety inspection and settlement observation,this paper uses the finite element software to analyze the relationship between the basic uneven settlement and the superstructure,and the main contents are as follows:(1)To detect the safety of the research objects and obtain the overall housing safety of the research objects,and through the settlement observation and historical archives investigation,the settlement analysis of the housing is obtained,and the effect of the adding layer on the settlement of the house is obtained.(2)Use PKPM software to compare and modify the finite element analysis data to improve accuracy.On this basis,a forward analysis is carried out by Ansys to study the additional internal force and additional deformation of the superstructure by the non-uniform settlement of the foundation.(3)Reverse analysis on the basis of the Ansys model,define the superstructure stiffness as a single variable,and calculate the influence of the change of the elastic modulus of the superstructure on the non-uniform settlement.Through the positive and reverse analysis calculation,the damage law of the upper structure of the adding storey houses and the contribution of the reinforcement to the whole settlement state are obtained,which provides the basis for the building reinforcement scheme.
