Incoherent digital holography had many advantages over conventional digital holography.Advantages included the ability to record holograms in the presence of incoherent light illumination and eliminating the need for a coherence of the light source.The application of holography also extended to the field of incoherent light,such as white light,fluorescence three-dimensional microscopy.In the incoherent holography,FINCH was a newly developed method of implementing incoherent hologram correlation between object-based information and Fresnel zone plates,which could record three-dimensional spatial information of the sample without any moving parts and scanning devices.The system was simple and flexible.This method realized the recording of the point source hologram by using the spatial self-coherence of the two beams by dividing the light waves from the same point on the incoherent objects into two beams and phase shifts by loading the phase mask on the spatial light modulator.The incoherent superposition of all point source holograms constituted the hologram of the object.At present,the research on the basic theory of incoherent digital holography,the improvement of application performance and the expansion of application field have been paid more and more attention by researchers both at home and abroad.In this paper,the principle of traditional holography and Fresnel Incoherent Correlation Holography(FINCH)were introduced,and then the recording and reproducing process of holography was analyzed.The principle of phase modulation of spatial light modulator(SLM)was introduced,and which phase modulation characteristics was measured.At the same time,the accuracy of the test algorithm was verified.Based on the theoretical analysis of FINCH system,the ability of Fresnel incoherent digital holography to realize the fast and complete recording and reproduction of three-dimensional objects in single-channel and no-motion recording mode was simulated.The FINCH system optical path was built to study the effect of loading a plane wave and a spherical wave mask on the SLM of system resolution.And the influence of different reproduction distance on the experimental results was studied.
