Although intensive chicken raising can improve production efficiency,it has a great impact on the quality of chicken.How to improve the quality of chicken has become a hot spot in the breeding process.In recent years,different feeding modes such as free-range and cage raising have effectively improved chicken production performance,chicken quality and feeding environment to some extent.In order to explore the effects of different feeding modes such as rotational grazing on chicken production performance,chicken main nutrients,flavor substances and feeding environment,this study selected 900 healthy-weight chickens of 60 days old(male and female half).Four groups of feeding trials were carried out in the ecological chicken farm in Zunyi City,Zunyi City(the first group was the cage control group,the second group was the caged castration group,the third group was the free grazing group,and the fourth group was the rotational grazing group.group).After the end of the 90-day feeding cycle,after weighing,slaughtering and related indicators measurement and calculation,the results show that:(1)In terms of the impact on chicken production performance: the rotational grazing group significantly reduced chicken morbidity and mortality,8.80% and5.32%,respectively,and the control group had the highest morbidity and mortality,14.93% and 10.16%,respectively.Significantly higher than the free grazing group and the regional rotation group.The incidence of chickens in castration feeding group was significantly lower than that in the control group,that is,feeding alfalfa and chicory may reduce the incidence and mortality of chickens;the weight and daily weight gain of the control group were significantly higher than that of the free grazing group and the grazing grazing group.They were 2.13 kg and 16.67 g,respectively.The free weight and daily gain were the lowest in the free grazing group,1.69 kg and12.11 g.The weight-to-weight ratio was opposite.In the control group,the weight,legmuscle weight and chest muscle weight were the highest,significantly higher.In the area of ??the rotation group.The carcass rate,total diameter and radius of the chickens in the rotation group were the highest,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the carcass rate was as high as 92.39%.(2)In terms of the effect on the quality of chicken meat: the rate of muscle cooking loss in the rotation group was the smallest,28.06%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group and the castration group.The shear force value was opposite;the muscle pH was the largest in the free-grazing group.The significant control group was divided into two groups: the crude protein and crude fat content in the control group were the highest in the control group,24.17% and 4.25%,respectively,and the lowest in the rotation group,21.79% and 2.97% respectively.The cholesterol content of the chest muscle was greater than that of the leg muscles.In the control group,the maximum was 17.82% and 13.57%,which was significantly higher than the other three treatment groups;the muscle amino acid content and inosinic acid content of the control group were significantly lower than those of the other three treatment groups,and the inosinic acid content of the chest muscle was greater than that of the leg muscle.Inosinic acid content was the largest in the rotation group,and the leg muscle and chest muscle were 3.41 mg/g and 3.57 mg/g,respectively.The control group was the smallest,and the leg muscle and chest muscle were 2.74 mg/g and 2.95 mg/g,respectively.(3)In the impact on the breeding environment,the regeneration height,coverage and biomass of grassland pasture were all shown as castration feeding group>rotational zone grazing group> free grazing group,and the difference between each group was significant.The coverage and biomass of the free grazing group and the grazing grazing group showed a downward trend compared with that before grazing.The decline value of the free grazing group was larger than that of the grazing grazing group,while the castration feeding group showed the opposite performance;the soil porosity was expressed as: Rotational herd group>casting feeding group>control group>free grazing group.At the same time,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were thehighest in the free grazing group.The total phosphorus content was the largest in the rotation group,and the total potassium was the largest in the castration group.In addition,the economic profit of each group is as follows: the regional rotation group>free grazing group>casting feeding group>the control group,the economic profit of the rotation group is the largest,reaching 30.91 yuan/one.
