Evaluation Model And Empirical Study Of Guizhou Smart Tourism Development Based On Entropy Modified G1 Method

As a new type of tourism development,smart tourism also enjoys the top priority of tourism development.Smart tourism emerged in 2010,and the exploration of smart tourism in China also started in 2010.With the rapid development of smart tourism in China,many problems gradually emerges.The lack of evaluation criteria for the development of smart tourism is one of the main causes for these problems.The research focus of this paper,therefore,is to design an evaluation criteria for the development of smart tourism,namely the evaluation index system for the development of smart tourism,so as to guide a better and faster development of China's smart tourism.This paper summarizes the research status quo of smart tourism both at home and abroad,and lays a foundation by introducing the connotation,the pattern of manifestation and the characteristics of smart tourism.In the part of index selection,this paper takes the indices in the evaluation index systems such as the the smart tourism city,smart tourism and smart scenic sites.Indices,both domestic and overseas,in smart city evaluation index system and in tourism industries are also taken as references.As the result,an evaluation index system for smart tourism development with 5 criteria levels and 21 indicators is built.This paper chooses the G1 Entropy Correction Method as the way of empowerment weight,and compares the entropy values in pairs on the basis of expert arrangement.This method combines the index data with experts' professional knowledge and rich experiences,and thus avoids both the subjective and objective weights assignment problem of empowerment and the subjectivity of G1 method.By doing so,the objectivity of index weight can be guaranteed.Nine cities and autonomous prefectures of Guizhou province are chosen as the research objects,and the evaluation study of smart tourism is carried out to analyse the development level of smart tourism in Guizhou province during 2015 and 2017.Based on the comprehensive score results,the classification analysis of 9 cities and states is carried out to summarize the existing problems in the development of smart tourism in Guizhou province.Accordingly,this paper gives specific suggestions that Guizhou smart tourism should focus on three aspects: focusing on big data strategic support,strengthening smart tourism hardware improvement and each cities and autonomous prefectures making better use of the advantages to make up for the disadvantages.In this paper,an evaluation model of smart tourism development which is based on entropy modified G1 method is constructed,and an empirical study is conducted on nine cities and autonomous prefectures of Guizhou province with the research method and objects being of certain innovation.It can not only provide reference for the development of smart tourism in Guizhou province but also help to reform and innovate the existing smart tourism evaluation index system.
