Water is an indispensable resource in human life,so reducing the pollution of the water environment is of great economic and strategic significance forpeople's health and sustainable development of society. In wastewater, industrial wastewater pollution is a key source of contamination.Industrial wastewater generally contains heavy metal ions pollution and has a huge impact on human survival through direct or indirect effects.Effective detection and monitoring of heavy metal ions in water is a necessary condition for reducing pollution and ensuring water quality. Therefore,it is particularly important to find a technical method for effectively detecting the heavy metal components and contents in water. In this study,we proposes a new type of optical detection technology that combines photothermal effect(PT)and laser backscattering interferometry(BSI)techniques to detect heavy heavy metal ions. The refractive index change caused by the photothermal effect of the coloring liquid of heavy metals realizes the quantitative detection of heavy metal ions in water. The main research contents are as follows:1.A quantitative detection technique for heavy metal ions in water based on the combination of photothermal effect and backscattering interference is proposed. The laser of specific wavelength is selected as the light source, and the quantitative detection of heavy metals in micro-volume water is realized by combining color reaction, photothermal effect and backscatter interference. This detection method not only retains the advantages of simple colorimetry and rapid response, but also overcomes the shortcomings of visual colorimetry that cannot be quantitatively detected. It also exerts the advantages of high precision, low loss,non-contact,etc.of backscattering interference technology..2.Quantitative detection of Cr(?),Cu(?),Fe(?)in water using PT-BSI heavy metal ion quantitative detection technology. The UV-Vis method was compared with the PT-BSI method, and the results of the two methods were basically the same.Under the illumination of 0.55 mW/cm~2,the detection limits of Cr(?),Cu(?),Fe(?)according to the 3?method are 0.04 mg/L,0.3 mg/L,0.06mg/L,lower than the national level. The standard for heavy metal content in drinking water is specified:Cr(?)1.0 mg/L,Cu(?)0.3 mg/L,and Fe(?)0.05mg/L,suitable for medical diagnosis, food safety, water pollution, etc.
