The main factors of environmental conditions change which caused by lentil-rice rotation and lentil continuous cropping were analyzed,and the main nutrients,anthocyanins,flavonoids of lentil germplasms were studied.Soil salinization is one of the main problems of lentil continuous cropping,while the soil was improved by the way of lentil-rice rotation.Compared with the way of continuous cropping of lentil(CK1),the electrical conductivity(EC)reduced by 44.7% in the lentil-rice rotation,and the concentration of main anionic,cationic also decreased significantly,which range is 19.9%~59.1% and 20.9%~51.7%.Also the soil nutrient facts were improved with the range from 9.1% to 27.1% by rotation,and the growth of rice was improved in the soil of rotation.Compared with the way of continuous cropping of rice(CK2),the total porosity,the aeration porosity and the aggregate of soil were increased by 11%,9.7% and 17.4% respectively.The amount of total protein and fat in black lentils is less than white lentils,and the protein content of white lentils is higher than black lentils,but fat is lower.There is no significant positive correlation between the content of protein and fat in lentils.The lentil germplasms with high content of fat and protein are important for vegetable breeding.The concentration of anthocyanins and flavonoids in seed(A),skin of pod(B)and pod(AB)was examined in three developmental stages,which were the early podding stage(1),the middle podding stage(2)and the end podding stage(3).The concentration of anthocyanin in matured seed was significantly higher than seed in other stages,and it was significantly higher in unmatured pod than pod in other stage,while It was same in the skin of pod.The concentration of flavonoids was also significantly different in the three stages,which were 1A?2A?3A in seeds,1B?2B?3B in the skin of pod.1AB?2AB?3AB in pod.,and it was significantly higher in unmatured pod at all of the three stages.The correlation between the agronomic traits and the concentration of anthocyanin and flavonoids indicated that the lentils with purple skin of pod,purple flowers and black seed have the highest anthocyanin content,while the lentils with white seed,purple of green skin of pod had the highest flavonoid content.The fresh pods of lentil need to be harvested timely to ensure the function of lentils composition and nutritional value.
