Submarine sediments,as the underwater boundary line of the ocean,are important areas for studying marine resources.Although China's in-situ measurement technology has made great progress,due to the limitations of in-situ sampling efficiency and sampling depth,laboratory sampling measurement is still an important way to study the acoustic properties of seabed sediments.In order to make the laboratory sampling and measurement environment better simulate the seabed environment,systematically study the influence of the seabed environment on the acoustic characteristics of sediments.In this paper,the acoustic automatic measurement is simulated by simulating the seabed environment.Starting from the design of the simulated seabed temperature and pressure scheme,the acoustical automatic measurement system is designed by designing the seabed environment.Realize automatic measurement and analysis of sediment acoustic signals,and establish a link between laboratory measurement technology and in-situ measurement technology under simulated seabed environment.The work done in this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the control principle and implementation method of the underwater acoustic simulation automatic measurement system,and design the pressure control scheme of the above PC + lower computer PLC according to the South China Sea submarine environment;The temperature control scheme of the PC+ intelligent constant temperature circulator above,and integrates the two schemes into an automatic control unit;The acoustic automatic measurement scheme of the following position PLC+ multi-function sound wave instrument is designed to realize the automatic measurement function of sediment under simulated seabed environment;The hardware of the system test platform is selected to complete the construction of the underwater acoustic simulation acoustic measurement system platform.2.Improve the efficiency of acoustic signal measurement in order to achieve automatic measurement of sediment acoustic signals.Study the law of the jump point of sediment acoustic signals and the theory of wavelet analysis.An algorithm based on cubic B-spline wavelet acoustic take-off point is proposed.The algorithm is used to realize the automatic analysis of sound velocity of acoustic signals.3.The design and control software of the upper computer with perfect design functions,including real-time curve drawing,data acquisition,temperature and pressure mode control and automatic sound velocity analysis;Complete the design of the PLC control program of the lower computer to realize automatic measurement with the intelligent sound wave meter.4.Finally,on the submarine environment simulation acoustic automatic measurement system,experiments such as system debugging,temperature and pressure measurement and control,and acoustic automatic measurement were carried out.The experiment proves that the automatic jump interpretation algorithm is reasonable and reliable,and improves the speed of sound interpretation.It is verified that the pressure and temperature can achieve good control effect,and the system can meet the measurement requirements of sediments in the seabed environment.
