With the rapid development of the industrial field and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,in order to occupy a place in the competitive market,many enterprises must be able to adapt to the changing needs of customers,improve product quality?The production and processing of enterprises need to be very flexible,and the processing process can quickly respond to the fluctuation of demand and the change of production orders,all of which promote the development of automatic and semi-automatic processing mode?The production and processing of engraving unit is a semi-automatic process?Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the production status of the engraving unit,it is found that under the actual processing background of random arrival of orders and random occurrence of operational demands,there are problems of long waiting time for equipment and low utilization rate of personnel and equipment?To solve these problems,it is necessary to set a reasonable man-machine ratio for the production unit?In view of the problem of optimal allocation of human resources in the engraved unit?this paper mainly carries out the following work:1)Through the analysis of the characteristics of the pr oblem,it is difficult to use theoretical analysis under the engraving unit production environment wh ere the order arrives randomly,the operation demand occurs immediately,and the humancomputer interaction is frequent.And the calculation method obtains the vari ation law of man-machine ratio?Therefore,the simulation optimization method is used to solve the problem of human resource optimization configuration of engraved unit?The object-oriented modeling idea is used to construct the simulation model for the human resource optimization configuration problem of engraved unit?2)Considering the shortcomings of the traditional simulation optimization method,the simulation model based on the meta-model is used to establish the simulation meta-model using the meta-model modeling method based on the experimental design?3)Combine the problem condition constraint and the simulation meta-model to establish the decision model of the problem,and obtain the optimal solution of the problem by solving the decision model?4)Considering the influence of the number of workers and the number of equipment,the objective function of the maximum throughput of the processing unit and the minimum proportion of the equipment waiting time in a certain period of time is realized?Orthogonal test and polynomial regression were used to establish the simulation meta-model,and the simulation optimization method based on the metamodel was used to optimize the optimal allocation of human resources in the tire mold engraving unit?Through the above research and analysis,a set of methods for optimizing the solution by establishing a simulation meta-model can be provided for the HR resource optimization configuration problem of the engraving unit.At the same time,through the above research,it can enrich relevant theoretical research work and provide reference for enterprises to rationally allocate resources.
