With the continuous advancement of infrastructure construction,rail transit plays an increasingly important role in various cities.The construction of subways is also rapidly advancing in various cities.In the process of building the subway,it is necessary to consider the volume of soil from the shield machine.The single-ring soil volume can reflect the geological environment in front of the shield machine cutterhead,the working condition of the shield machine and whether the ground has been seriously settled.The staff can adjust the shield machine according to the situation reflected by the dregs.The state of excavation,in order to protect the equipment from damage,can also summarize the law of surface settlement and reduce the probability of serious settlement.Aiming at the calculation of the soil volume of the shield in the complex environment of the tunnel,this paper proposes a method of detecting the volume of soil based on the laser triangulation method.Firstly,the paper introduces the principle of laser triangulation measurement volume in detail,expounds the key technology in volume measurement,summarizes the current research situation of laser trigonometry at home and abroad,and analyzes the research on the use of laser triangulation method for objects.Based on three-dimensional reconstruction and volume detection,We designed a three-dimensional surface profile of the sediment volume reconstruction and detection system..Secondly,it introduces the components of each part of the system and completes the software and hardware construction of the system.A simple calibration method of camera and structural light source system was designed by using Zhang's camera calibration method and completed the conversion sediment surface profile image coordinates and camera coordinates..Then,proposed an image enhancement algorithm based on HSV color space to solve the problem that the tunnel environment interfere to the image.This algorithm can significantly enhance the image quality in low illumination environment,and lay a foundation for subsequent laser line extraction and contour reconstruction.Thirdly,completed the segmentation of the laser line region,filtering and denoising processing,and used the improved Hessian matrix strip center extraction algorithm to extract the laser line center,then compared with the traditional method;And then used The G-C double differential method to detect the running speed of the soil truck.Finally,through the collected data,can integrate the surface of the soil and reconstruct to restore the three-dimensional contour of the surface of the soil.Scanning the soil truck before and after dumping,and calculating the integral,the difference between the two results can be obtained to obtain a single slag volume.And compared with the data obtained by the measurement calculated by laser radar,the reliability of the proposed method is verified,and the error of the system is analyzed.Finally,the software solution of the system was implemented by Qt.
