Bio-robot is a kind of organism that can be manipulated by human beings by controlling technology to exert interference signals to regulate biological behavior.Bio-robots can replace humans in harsh and dangerous environments according to their wishes or instructions.The study of brain motor area is the core scientific issue of the brain control technology of biological robots.In this study,the carp was taken as the research object.The 3.0T magnetic resonance imager was used to enhance the contrast-enhanced imaging of the carp brain,and the location and three-dimensional reconstruction of the carp brain motor area were carried out.In contrast-enhanced imaging of carp brain tissue,0 mol/L,0.1 mol/L,0.2 mol/L,0.3mol/L,0.4 mol/L FeCl3,MnCl2 and GdCl3 contrast agents were injected into carp veins respectively.The signals of cerebrospinal fluid and brain tissue were measured by mimics software,and the appropriate contrast agent type and concentration for carp's magnetic resonance imaging were obtained.In the design and application of the assistant device of carp brain stereotaxic locator,because there is a certain angle between the coordinate system used by the brain stereotaxic locator and the coordinate system of carp skull surface,there are some problems such as spatial positioning error and low accuracy when the brain stereotaxic locator is directly used to implant the brain electrodes of carp.The existing brain stereotaxis is not suitable for the brain stereotaxis of aquatic animals such as carp.Based on this,on the basis of the existing brain stereotaxic locator,an auxiliary device was designed independently to keep the surface of carp skull level,which solved the problem of angle difference between the brain stereotaxic coordinate system and the surface of carp skull,and ensured the accuracy of electrodes implanted into the motor nucleus of fish brain.This assistant device was used to carry out the experiments of the carp robot's water-leaving and underwater control,and to locate the carp's brain movement area.In the field of three-dimensional reconstruction of magnetic resonance images of carp brain tissue.the structure of carp brain tissue,the motor nerve nucleus of carp brain and the brain tissue of carp after implantation of stimulus electrodes were reconstructed by3D-DOCTOR three-dimensional image modeling system,The morphology of carp brain tissue,the motor nerve nucleus of carp brain and the implantation position of stimulus electrodes in the brain tissue and motor nerve nucleus of carp were observed intuitively,a certain experimental basis for the research of carp robot biological control brain movement area are provided for this study.
