Single-tube semiconductor lasers have the advantages of small size,light weight,long life,low cost and high electro-optic conversion efficiency.However,due to their poor beam quality and low output power,the application of semiconductor lasers in the laser processing market is limited.As the demand for the laser industry continues to increase,so does the power demand for lasers.The advent of high-power lasers has successfully solved the demand for this.High-power lasers have been widely used in various fields of human life.However,due to the high laser power generated by high-power lasers,a large number of thermal effects are generated while using the laser.As the thermal effect is deposited in the gain medium,the gain medium undergoes a certain deformation problem,resulting in laser light.The beam quality is degraded and the output power is reduced.The use of a bulk Bragg grating as a grating element of a laser for spectral synthesis can effectively reduce the problems caused by thermal effects.According to Kogelnik's coupled wave theory,the coupled wave theory of bulk Bragg gratings is studied in detail,and the diffraction theory of planar monochromatic waves is studied.The grating thickness,average refractive index,spatial frequency and refractive index amplitude modulation are discussed.The fundamental relationship between wavelength and selectivity is studied by the influence of bulk Bragg grating diffraction efficiency.The main way of spectral synthesis is discussed.Then,according to the wavelength selectivity of the volume Bragg grating,a physical model of two-way spectral synthesis is established.According to the model,the propagation theory of the beam in the bulk Bragg grating is introduced,and the main factors affecting the spectrum synthesis are explored.Combined with COMSOL software simulation and operation analysis,the most effective method is to use a helium gas to cool the 2.0mm grating at a speed of 7.5m/s.At this time,the reflection efficiency will exceed 89%.Beam synthesis creates convenient conditions that facilitate laser synthesis.
