In the context of bicycle travel is advocated,Internet rental bicycles(commonly known as shared bicycles)market continues to expand.Travelling by bicycle has become a trend,which is bound to have an impact on the original public transportation.Therefore,how to deal well with the competition and cooperation relations between the Internet bicycle rental and the original public transportation,correctly guide the development of Internet bicycle rental,combine bicycle planning with public transportation network and form a coordinated and unified public transportation network has become the focus of this research.On the basis of the network of rail transit and bus transit,the author researched the allocation of delivery site of Internet rental bicycle with the purpose of optimizing public transportation network by allocating the delivery site of Internet rental bicycle and providing a theoretical basis for the delivery site selection of Internet rental bicycle.The research is carried out from the following aspects.Firstly,the topological metric of reachability is improved by combining the evaluation index of node importance in complex networks,and the entropy method is used to determine the weight.The improved reachability topological metric model is employed to evaluate and analyze the accessibility of the bus network sites,and allocate Internet rental bicycle on sites with low accessibility level.Secondly,multi-mode public transportation transfer is established and the improved ant colony algorithm for solving model is applied,searching the optimal route for travel,and determining the bicycle transfer selection site in the path.This is the basis for choosing the site of the Internet rental bicycle.Third,the Internet rental bicycle on the site configuration model is established.Bicycle delivery sites are mainly divided into three categories,namely,bus system network line start station and final station,low accessibility network in public transport system,and bicycle transfer selection site in the optimal route of public transport.Public transportation network is establish according to the selected bicycle delivery sites,combined with the scope of bicycle travel.Finally,taking Tianjin public transport network system as an example,this paper studies the site selection of Tianjin Internet rental bicycle delivery site,and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the model of the Internet rental bicycle delivery site configuration.In this paper,the bicycle delivery site is incorporated into the urban comprehensive transportation system planning.The feasibility of using bicycle transfer when traveling by public transportation is taken into consideration.Providing residents with a flexible,efficient,green and sustainable public transportation system through a combined network of bicycle,bus and rail transit by allocating Internet rental bicycle delivery site in public transportation network.
