Coprinoid fungi,including the species of Agaricomycetes,Agaricales,Psathyrellaceae,Coprinellus,Coprinopsis,Parasola and Agaricaceae,Coprinus,play an important role in scientific research and practical application,such as Coprinopsis atramentaria(Bull.)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo with a capable of accumulating heavy metal ion,Coprinus comatus(O.F.Müll.)Pers.that is cultivated as edible fungi.Based on the collected specimens and other specimens of Coprinoid fungi in the main mycological herbaria in China,the knowledge of Chinese coprinoid fungi is studied.13 species of Coprinellus,16 species of Coprinopsis,7 species of Parasola and 7 species of Coprinus were identified.Specimens were deposited in Herbarium of Mycology of Jilin Agricultural University and Herbarium Mycologicum Academiae Sinicae.On the basis of morphological features of Coprinoid fungi and molecular phylogeny,there were one new species and 14 new records of China are presented.Coprinellus pseudodisseminatus T.Bau & M.Huang was described as a new species of Coprinellus section Setulosi.Coprinellus aureogranulatus(Uljé & Aptroot)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo、Coprinellus ellisii(P.D.Orton)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo、Coprinellus saccharinus(Romagn.)P.Roux,Guy García & Dumas 、 Coprinopsis acuminate(Romagn.)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo 、 Coprinopsis afronivea Desjardin & B.A.Perry、Coprinopsis bellula(Uljé)P.Roux & Eyssart、Coprinopsis mitraespora(Bohus)L.Nagy,Vágv?lgyi & Papp、Coprinopsis narcotica(Batsch)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo、Coprinopsis pachyderma(Bogart)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo、Coprinopsis pseudofriesii(Pilát & Svr?ek)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo 、 Coprinopsis pseudonivea(Bender & Uljé)Redhead,Vilgalys & Moncalvo、Parasola schroeteri(P.Karst.)Redhead,Vilgalys & Hopple、Parasola setulosa(Berk.& Broome)Redhead,Vilgalys & Hopple and “Coprinus” ephemeroides(DC.)Fr.were new to China.On base of multigene alignment of ITS and LSU sequence datasets,the relationships of coprinoid fungi were investigated.Tree topologies,which inferred by Bayesian MCMC and ML bootstrapping,were recovered similar clades on the species level.Based on the BLAST results and morphological similarities,taxa of Coprinoid fungi were selected for phylogenetic analysis,Agrocybe and Bolbitius as outgroup.Phylogenetic relationships,which ensured the new and newly recorded species,showed that the position of Coprinellus,Coprinopsis and Parasola were certain.“Coprinus” cordisporus,“Coprinus” ephemeroides and “Coprinus” patouillardii located in Coprinellus.While analysed with the sequences of other genus in Psathyrellaceae,the three taxa were together with species of Psathyrella.The phylogenetic relationships of them is ambiguous.
