According to the World Population Prospect issued by the United Nations and the fact that China is facing an aging population,and has liberalized the policy of two births to encourage the birth of newborns.Under this background,the number of pregnant women is bound to increase.For pregnant women,clothing preventing pregnancy-related waist pain plays a very important role.The waist support belt of pregnant women is widely recommended by medical staff to wear functional clothing daily.The existing research on relieving waist pain of pregnant women is a combination of analysis and evaluation.The methods include appropriate exercise,acupuncture and waist support belt,then compared and analyzed.There is a lack of one separate understanding when pregnant women wearing waist support belt.Therefore,the research on the protective performance of pregnant women's waist support belt based on finite element simulation is carried out in this paper.It is proposed that pregnant women wear waist support belt alone.The simulation results including contact force distribution,can explain the effect when pregnant women wearing waist support belt alone,and the effect of pregnant women's waist pain.This provides scientific basis and method for the study of the ergonomics of waist support belt for pregnant women,and provides reference for the study of thermodynamics about orderly contact of multiple objects.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1)The waist support belt relieving the waist pain of pregnant women is the research object.According to the mechanical balance,the force analysis of pregnant women before and after wearing the waist support belt is carried out,and the causes of pregnant women's waist pain and the effect of wearing the waist support belt on pregnant women are explained.(2)Establish a multi-body contact model between pregnant women and waist support belt.The model is related to the position and contact between pregnant women and waist support belt.According to different characteristics of wear contact,the contact betweenpregnant women and waist support belt is analyzed in detail.On this basis,the restraints of pregnant women and waist support belt are analyzed,and the simulation results of wear process are obtained.(3)After obtaining the stress results of the waist support belt wearing process by finite element simulation,the reliability of the finite element model is verified by the force situation,pregnant women wearing waist support belt.Using the combination of simulation,physical experiment and pain evaluation,the function of waist support belt for pregnant women can be explained.(4)After verifying the validity of the finite element model,the finite element model was used to analyze the changes of waist support belt stress and displacement of pregnant women with different abdominal gravity,material performance and support belt structure,and the results were compared and analyzed.In this paper,the force method of the waist support belt for pregnant women is studied,and the protective performance of the waist support belt is simulated by finite element method,which provides an effective new method for obtaining the performance of the waist support belt.The innovation of this paper is using contact analysis of multiple objects to realize the simulation of pregnant women wearing waist support belt,and to evaluate the performance of waist support belt by simulation,physical experiment and pain quantification.There are 85 figures,7 tables and 63 references.
