At In the current research on vibration isolation,the vibration control strategy has been rapidly developed both in academic research and in practical applications.Semiactive control has become one of the hotspots of vibration control research in recent years,because its control effect is close to the active control strategy,and only a small amount of energy needs to be input.The biggest advantage of the semi-active vibration is that it is adjusted in real time according to the time-varying system,which is convenient and flexible.Magnetic fluids belong to a new class of smart materials whose rheological properties can be controlled by adjusting the applied magnetic field.The vibration isolator developed based on magnetorheological fluid has a simple structure and the damping force can be continuously adjusted.Its fast response,large damping force and low energy consumption make it one of the best semi-active controllers,and its application prospects are very broad.The purpose of this paper is to study the application of this isolator in the ship's main gun vibration isolation system,and to analyze its performance in structural vibration reduction.This paper first discusses the research background and purpose,and summarizes the research status of ship vibration isolation system,semi-active control and simulation technology.The feasibility of applying magnetorheological technology in the ship's main gun isolation system is proposed.Secondly,the research situation of magnetorheological fluid and magnetorheological isolators at home and abroad is briefly described.The mainstream mechanical models of various current magnetorheological dampers are introduced in the classification;it is suitable for the analysis and selection of the mechanical model of magnetorheological damper in the ship's main gun system.Then using Newton's law to establish the dynamic equation of the main gun model of the ship,Simulink software is used to simulate the single-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation system model,and the parameters that can be improved and optimized by the vibration isolation system are analyzed.Then the finite element ABAQUS modal simulation of the vibration isolation system is carried out.The commonly used semi-active control strategy is discussed again.The basic principle and operation steps of the algorithm are introduced.The dynamic equations are combined with modern control theory.The control feedback gain matrix K is solved by Matlab,and the magnetorheological isolators model suitable for the model is selected.Finally,based on the contents and conclusions of the third,fourth and fifth chapters,the Simulink simulation model of the ship's main gun semi-active vibration isolation system is established.The simulation results were compared with passive vibration isolation systems.The simulation results show that the magnetorheological damper and semi-active control strategy can effectively control the vibration system.
