The cognitive neural mechanism of cooperation has always been a hot topic in psychology research. There have been many research results in the fields of general cooperative behavior and neural mechanisms. However, most of the previous studies explored the cognitive neural mechanism of general cooperation from the perspective of single person. There is less investigation about hyperscanning of general cooperation and corrupt collaboration. This study examined the neural mechanisms of regular cooperation and corrupt collaboration with single and two-person synchronization,to provide more scientific basis for clarifying the brain mechanism of cooperative behavior in different situations? In the general cooperation, the meta-analysis found that the reward-related brain area was activated during the cooperation. In the process of non-cooperation,the brain regions associated with negative emotions such as the insula and amygdala are activated,as well as the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, cingulate gyrus and other cognitive control brain regions. This result supports social preference theory and dual system theory. In study 1,the variable of depression tendency was added. It was found that dlPFC played an important role in cognitive regulation and emotion regulation during the non-cooperative process. In study 2,the variable of moral level was added. It was found that in the process of corrupt collaboration, players of A and B always have unethical behavior. In addition,dlPFC plays an important role in cognitive regulation and emotional regulation, both in general cooperation and in corrupt collaboration. When making decisions that are detrimental to self-interest or against ethics, people have to pay more cognitive efforts to adjust.Furthermore, when cooperating with two people, whether it is general cooperation or corrupt collaboration, successful cooperation requires "theory of mind" to play a role.It works, but different people have different preferences for cooperation. This study explores the behavioral and brain mechanisms in the process of cooperation from the perspective of general cooperation and corrupt collaboration, and has made certain theoretical contributions.
