Research On The Application Of Geographic Information Technology In The Audit Of Leading Cadres’ Natural Resources Assets Departure

Leading cadres’ departure audit of natural resources assets is an important audit project proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,an important measure to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,and an important work to improve the system of ecological civilization.It plays an important role in promoting leading cadres to establish a scientific concept of achievements,the management of natural resources assets and the protection of the ecological environment.As there are many types of natural resources assets,covering a wide range of areas,involving a large number of departments and personnel,leading cadres’ natural resources assets audit is difficult to leave office.With the full implementation of the audit system of natural resources assets resignation of leading cadres in 2018,the bottleneck of traditional audit techniques and methods has gradually emerged,and the audit risk has intensified.Therefore,the audit institutions need to seek innovative audit methods urgently.In view of the dilemma encountered in the implementation of the audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres,the Audit Office requires auditing organs at all levels to try to apply geographic information technology in the audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres to solve the problems encountered in practice.This paper takes this as the research background,first introduces the principle of applying geographic information technology to the auditing of natural resources assets of leading cadres,and then analyses the necessity of introducing geographic information technology into the auditing of natural resources assets of leading cadres in the initial implementation of the dilemma encountered by the Auditing Office of S Province.Then,combining with the Auditing Office of S Province’s auditing project of leading cadres in A City,this paper introduces the principle of geographic information technology in the auditing of natural resources assets of This paper makes a detailed analysis of the application of geographic information technology in the audit of cadres’ natural resources assets leaving office,summarizes some application ideas for specific audit and evaluation items,analyses the beneficial effects of the use of geographic information technology,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the problems arising from the use of geographic information technology by S Provincial Audit Office.This paper combines theoretical research with practical cases,and systematically analyses the application of geographic information technology in the audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres.It is hoped that this paper can provide some ideas for the auditors who participate in the audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres to improve the audit techniques and methods,and at the same time,apply geographic information technology to the natural resources of leading cadres for the audit institutions in the future.The auditing work of the resignation of production can be used as a reasonable reference..
