Loss Assessment Due To Logistics Delay Express

With the development of globalization and the rise of network economy,the logistics industry is gradually forming a new trend of development.They are gradually developing towards informationization,intellectualization,environmental protection,enterprise globalization and internationalization,high-quality service,Industrial Synergy and third-party logistics.However,the research of logistics industry in China lags behind and the overall management level is low.How to allocate and utilize resources,improve logistics efficiency and improve logistics delay has become the inherent requirement of the development of logistics industry.This paper evaluates the loss caused by logistics delayed express,and puts forward the method of loss assessment for delayed express which can be handled directly and the method of loss assessment for delayed express which can not be handled directly.This method calculates the loss caused by enterprise management errors.Taking the national post office as an example,the paper evaluates the loss caused by delayed express delivery of the national post office by using the evaluation model,and verifies the validity and practicability of the evaluation model.Firstly,it summarizes the research on logistics delay,logistics efficiency and loss assessment at home and abroad,and clarifies the shortcomings of our research.The related concepts of logistics delay are defined,which lays a foundation for loss assessment.Secondly,a method to evaluate the loss caused by delayed express is put forward,and an evaluation model is built by using multiple linear regression analysis,which eliminates the interference of regional and seasonal random factors,and calculates the delayed loss caused by enterprise management errors.The principal component analysis method is used to improve the evaluation model and reduce the error caused by the application of the evaluation model.Thirdly,a method for evaluating the loss caused by delayed express that can not be handled directly is proposed.The relationship between the loss caused by delayed express that can be handled directly and the loss caused by delayed express that can not be handled directly is clarified by statistical method,and the expression of the evaluation model is determined.The hierarchical structure model is constructed to calculate the parameters ofthe evaluation model.Finally,based on the evaluation results of delayed express loss obtained by the State Post Office,the problems existing in the management level of enterprises are found and analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the delayed loss of logistics,improve the efficiency of logistics and realize the rationalization of logistics.
