Objective: To use functional correction training to improve the poor leg posture of primary school students,in order to provide a practical basis for correcting bad leg posture. Methods: 500 primary school students were screened according to the standard of straight legs. The incidence of bad leg type was 23.6%.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 35 bad leg students to investigate the causes of bad leg types. On this basis,a functional four-month functional correction intervention was performed on 35(26 O-legs,9 X-legs)bad leg primary school students by experimental method. The intervention methods mainly included neutral position proprioception practice and core.Exercises of strength, muscle strength of the lower limbs, stretching, stability, balance, and other re-education in life. The data is statistically processed using repeated measures variance.RESULTS: Through a four-month functional correction intervention experiment, the analysis data showed that:(1)the initial normal knee clearance was 3.22 cm,and the normal knee clearance after correction surgery was 2.40 cm,and the knee clearance changed. The average value was 0.82 cm,with the average change of boys being 0.62 cm and the mean change of girls being 0.96 cm.(2)The initial normal clearance was 2.74 cm,and the normal clearance was 2.02 cm after 4 months of corrective intervention. The average change in the clearance was 0.71 cm,with the average change of boys being 0.63 cm and the mean change of girls being 0.87 cm.(3)In order to obtain more accurate results, the repeated measures analysis of variance for two different bad leg types was carried out for the experimental data. The results showed that the normal knee clearance and the clearance distance were shortened with the change of the correction time.(4)After stopping the corrective intervention, the 35 students were re-measured two months later. It was found that the normal para-distance was 2.02 cm after the X-leg correction intervention in April, and the distance was 2.11 cm after two months of correction. The difference between the two values was 0.09 cm.The normal knee clearance was 2.40 cm after O-leg correction intervention. After two months of correction, the distance between the two was 2.39 cm.The difference between the two was 0.01 cm.The mean difference between the two was small. The paired sample t test showed that the P values were 0.110 and 0.873,respectively,which were greater than the significance level of 0.05,indicating that the time had little effect on the knee clearance.Conclusions:(1)After analyzing the questionnaires of the parents of primary school students with bad legs and normal legs,it can be concluded that the bad leg habits in daily life and learning and the lack of correct body posture awareness of parents and children are poorly formed. An important reason for the leg posture. The lack of exercise, nutrient intake and injury factors have less impact.(2)Functional posture correction can effectively improve the bad leg posture of primary school students. The corrective intervention effect of the O-leg is better than the X-leg correction.(3)Stop the correction intervention and measure again after two months. It is found that there is no significant change in the knee clearance and the clearance distance between the pupils with bad leg type and the corrective intervention after 4 months, indicating that the functional posture correction intervention has a longer time to maintain.effect.
