With the arrival of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation in manufacturing,China,as a manufacturing power,is facing deeper industrial restructuring and upgrading thus it is crucial to safeguard the safety of energy power equipment.As a typical complex system,the energy power equipment system lacks prior knowledge,and the single factor cannot fully reflect its performance status.It involves not only economic benefits but also social security.As the energy power equipment system has a natural connection with the complex network,the method of community detection for complex network can be used to simplify and analyze its operation network,and then comprehensively evaluate its performance status.Community detection for complex network mainly includes static and dynamic community detection.At present,there are few researches on overlapping community detection for weighted network in industrial manufacturing.In the aspect of complex network,researchers make some progress in the study of dynamic characteristics of complex electromechanical system,but most research is only theoretical analysis or preliminary application,so further research is needed.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study on condition comprehensive evaluation technology of performance quality for energy power equipment driven by data.Under the guidance of the national key research and development program in 2017,this paper puts forward the idea of condition comprehensive evaluation technology of performance quality for energy power equipment by community detection technology for complex network,and conducts in-depth research on the key technologies.This paper firstly reviews the background and significance in reality of the research,and secondly focuses on how to realize the key technologies of the community detection for energy power equipment system network.The innovation in research work of this paper are shown in the following three aspects:(1)Because the existing static community detection algorithms are unstable and have resolution limitations and cannot detect overlapping structure,this paper proposed a method of overlapping community detection for weighted network.(2)Since the existing dynamic community detection method cannot accurately detect the network with large and frequent changes in the community,this paper proposed an incremental algorithm framework for dynamic network.(3)This paper also studies the pretreatment process,construction process and community detection process for the dynamic network of energy equipment system.Finally,the application effect of this topic has been verified by adopting python to realize the method of community detection for energy power equipment system network and to establish a comprehensive evaluation index of performance quality for energy power equipment system.
