The continuous development and advancement of science and technology has changed people's way of life.In the future life,the subject of information and communication is not limited to the communication between people,but will expand to the scene of the interconnection between people and things,and between things.These demands have led to an exponential growth in wireless communication services.However,the available dimensions of wireless electromagnetic waves carrying these services are increasingly scarce,and existing spectrum resources are complex and severely crowded and wasted,making it difficult to find idle spectrum to meet new services.The need to explore the new dimension of wireless electromagnetic waves and break through the information bearing bottleneck of the existing wireless electromagnetic wave usage is an urgent problem for researchers in the industry.In recent years,the vortex electromagnetic wave related technology has developed rapidly,and its phase “spatial orthogonality” characteristic makes the vortex wave have a broad prospect in the field of communication,and has the potential to be applied to the next generation communication technology.However,in the actual transmission,the phase and amplitude of the vortex electromagnetic wave are easily affected,which makes it impossible to accurately receive and demodulate it.Based on the current situation,the research on the transmission and reception of vortex electromagnetic waves in wireless communication is carried out.This paper introduces the research background and significance of wireless communication of eddy electromagnetic wave,and the research status and development trend of related technologies at home and abroad.The existing common technologies of generating and receiving eddy electromagnetic waves are introduced and analyzed.The following work has been done for the transmission and reception of eddy electromagnetic wave in wireless communication:(1)In terms of the generation of eddy electromagnetic wave for communication applications,the simulation analysis of the generation of eddy electromagnetic wave is carried out with eight array antennas as an example.Aiming at the mode of eddy electromagnetic wave generated by array antenna,the idea of spatial sampling law is proposed and discussed in detail by analogy with sampling theorem.The influence of amplitude and phase errors on wave-front phase and field intensity distribution in the space of eddy electromagnetic wave and the source of errors in the process of generating eddy wave by uniform circular array antenna are analyzed.The influence of errors on eddy electromagnetic wave is simulated and analyzed,and the corresponding modal purity is calculated.Aiming at the actual situation of existing signal generating equipment and the problems in practical application,a calibration method based on uniform circular array antenna is proposed.According to the principle of correlation formation of eddy electromagnetic wave,the corresponding calibration antenna is designed,and the algorithm is modeled.The analysis proves the correctness of the method.(2)In the aspect of reception technology of eddy electromagnetic wave for communication application,this paper designs a eddy electromagnetic wave signal transceiver system based on feeding network antenna.The related theory of the system is analyzed,and the actual test is carried out under the conditions of different receiving and receiving distances,different modal numbers and different signal modulation modes,which proves the feasibility of the method.Based on the current hardware status of signal receiving and processing,a method of eliminating the receiving error is proposed,which realizes the unification of various signal acquisition channels,and designs the corresponding receiving calibration antenna,completes the model establishment of the whole system,the design,simulation and analysis of the calibration method.Finally,based on the existing hardware platform,for the basic signal modulation mode,the demodulation method of multi-mode eddy electromagnetic wave signal is designed,and the reception and demodulation of multi-mode eddy electromagnetic wave signal under different modulation modes are realized.
