With the globalization of economic,the imbalance of crude oil resource storage patterns and the strategic position of crude oil in the national economy determine the importance of crude oil trade in the global economy,thus highlighting the importance of the crude oil transportation network.The crude oil transportation network not only has a great impact on the national economy,but also plays a vital role in the global economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the invulnerability and future evolution direction of the crude oil transportation network.This thesis systematically expounds the relevant theories and concepts of complex networks and evolutionary games,analyzes the crude oil reserves pattern and crude oil supply and demand pattern,constructs a weighted network of crude oil transportation,and analyzes its topologicality.Then it analyzes the invulnerability of the network as a whole,the community network and the route network,and analyzes the invulnerability characteristics and existing problems of the crude oil transportation network.The studies found that the crude oil transportation network is more resistant to random attacks than deliberate attacks,and attacks against transportation channels can have a major impact on the network.This thesis establishes a game model of crude oil transportation evolution based on the replication dynamic equation,and analyzes the equilibrium point stability of the evolutionary game and the influence of different factors on the evolutionary game results.This thesis proposes a strategy update method for cooperative learning,establishes an improved evolutionary game model of crude oil transportation network,builds a crude oil transportation network,establishes an entropy method evaluation system,and completes the construction of a return matrix for the game between nodes in the transportation network.Constructing the BP neural network to predict the crude oil trade volume in the next year,and correcting the mixed strategy set of the nodes according to the predicted values,and the network structure is adjusted according to the game results.According to different types of nodes,learn from the nodes with the highest value among the importing and exporting countries,and update the node’s policy set according to the rules of cooperative learning.The evolutionary game process is simulated on MATLAB.Based on the game of crude oil transportation between countries,the development trend and evolution process of crude oil transportation network are analyzed.The research shows that the network is developing to full coupling,and the invulnerability of the network is improved during the evolution process.The greater the betrayal coefficient,the worse the network evolution will be.Finally,according to the characteristics and evolution trend of crude oil transportation network,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for crude oil transportation network are put forward.
