Numerical fitting is a method which is widely used numerical analysis on biological,chemical,geographical,physical and other scientific experiments.In the traditional scientific experimental research,the workers mainly use the method of least square to analyze the relationship between the experimental data.The least square method is to search the best matching function by minimizing the sum of error square.This numerical fitting calculation method requires the experimental researchers to handle a large number of data manually.This method is cumbersome and error-prone.Based on mentioned earlier,this study combines the traditional numerical fitting method with computer technology,and uses computer technology to improve the calculation efficiency and accuracy.It not only provides more scientific and efficient calculation means,but also presents intuitive results for the experimenters as a reference.The study promotes the development of experimental data fitting in various disciplines.The general system of numerical fitting calculation provided in this study can automatically process multi-disciplinary experimental data,realize the functions of fitting calculation of experimental data and optimization of empirical formulas.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the requirement of fitting experimental data of aqueous two-phase system in chemistry and the calculation characteristics of numerical fitting,a two-section line fitting system for aqueous two-phase system was designed and implemented by combining GUI programming with MATLAB algorithm design.The basic research has been completed.The system can automatically complete the fitting calculation,the selection of optimal empirical formulas,the comparison and preservation of fitting results and the drawing of fitting curves for the aqueous two-phase system.(2)For extending the fitting calculation system to various disciplines,this paper carries out optimization design on the basis of the fitting computation system for aqueous two-phase system.It adds the self-defining function of the fitting pre-selected empirical formula,eliminates the quantity limit of the pre-defined empirical formula,and improves the core algorithm of fitting calculation and result screening,which greatly improves the generality of the research results.(3)In order to meet the needs of multi-disciplinary and large data volume computing,a data fitting method based on multi-thread parallel processing technology is designed in this paper to improve the efficiency of computing.By using multi-thread parallel processing technology,it enables the system to dynamically allocate CPU space,thus improving the overall efficiency of reading and writing and making full use of computer memory space.The processing performance of the system is improved as a whole.
