With the rapid development of the global economy,the continuous growth of the global population,the consumption of energy and the increasing demand of various countries,the living environment of human beings has been deteriorating.Faced with increasingly severe environmental problems,natural gas is less polluting and can produce more energy than other fossil fuels.In general,natural gas is a gaseous substance in the environment,and pipeline is the safest transportation method to transport gaseous substances,so pipeline safety is of vital importance.Most natural gas pipelines have the characteristics of large pipe diameter,long distance and high pressure.Therefore,accidents in pipelines will bring serious harm to industrial production and personal property and safety.Natural gas hydrate is called flammable ice,methane hydrate and so on.Due to the high-pressure and low-temperature environment inside the natural gas pipeline,natural gas hydrate is easily formed,which greatly increases the risk of pipeline blockage.The blockage of natural gas hydrate often seriously affects industrial production and even causes serious accidents.Therefore,how to remove the hydrate condensation in the pipeline timely and effectively is an urgent problem to be solved in the petrochemical industry.In view of the above problems,this paper has conducted a series of studies on acoustic excitation based on natural gas hydrate condensation recognition and positioning technology.The main work is as follows:1.Introduces the acoustic wave propagation in the pipe.2.Building a set of gas pipeline hydrate condensation and leakage monitoring system,the software part is mainly designed and implemented by LabVIEW software,the hardware part is composed of microphone,loudspeaker,power amplifier and multi-function data acquisition card.3.COMSOL multi-physical field simulation software is used to establish a series of models based on experimental conditions for simulation research.The simulation results verify the experimental principle and feasibility.4.Hydrate condensation and leakage experiments are carried out on the experimental pipeline by using the detection system,and the actual location is compared with the experimental results.The two locations are basically identical,which further verified that this method could locate hydrate condensation and leakage inside the pipeline with high positioning accuracy.5.A detection signal feature extraction method based on wavelet packet transform is proposed.The comparison results show that this method is feasible.6.BP neural network is used to train and identify the known gas hydrate aggregation and leakage characteristic values.The results show that this method can effectively identify and distinguish the hydrate aggregation and leakage.
