From the beginning of 2008 to the beginning of 2011,the market scale of core drilling machines in China grew rapidly.From 2011 to 2016,the overall investment scale of the geological exploration industry declined rapidly due to the influence of macro-economic policies such as the upgrading of industrial structure.From 2016 to 2019,the market scale of core drilling machines in China decreased slowly and slightly.It is estimated that the market scale of core drilling machines in China will be about 10 billion yuan in 2020 The number of employees will exceed 50000.Compared with China's huge core drilling machines market scale and large number of employees,there are not enough professional and technical personnel skilled in drilling machines operation to ensure the efficient and safe development of the core drilling machine market.Therefore,it is urgent to train,retrain and evaluate the machine operators in the simulation environment.Through the actual simulation operation,the drilling machine operation training system can be used as an auxiliary on-site practice of rock and soil drilling and other courses,providing a feasible scheme for reducing teaching costs and saving teaching sites.Based on CSD1800 ZD automatic core drilling machine manufactured by Tianhe Zhongbang company,this paper develops a set of corresponding virtual drilling machine training system.The main research contents and achievements of this simulation training system are as follows:First of all,the paper analyzes the market scale and talent status of core drilling machine in China,and puts forward the importance of developing core drilling machine virtual operation training system;secondly,according to the education theory and learning theory basis,it explores the relationship between system design and teaching theory,and determines the pyramid learning theory and Feynman skills as the guiding education theory of the training system,which provides the training system for different trainees Individualized teaching method;then it briefly introduces the virtual reality technology and the specific application environment of various 3D software,selects SolidWorks to make the core drilling machine model,3ds Max to change the format of the core drilling machine model,cinema 4D is used for texture coloring and overall rendering of the drilling core drilling machine model,which makes the whole core drilling machine more realistic and objective,presenting a real-life experience of drilling core drilling machine operation;in addition,it is based on unity The interface design and programming of 3D engine,such as key frame animation setting,camera angle control,rigid body collision,ray detection,etc.,complete the scene construction and control of the training system,restore the actual working state of the drilling core drilling machine on site;finally,the hardware performance of the training system is optimized and adjusted by using occlusion removal rendering,so that the required hardware performance of the training system is greatly reduced to meet the needs of colleges and universities The computer hardware level of the training school and other places has realized the universality of the software,which enables the drilling operators to master the operation technology of the automatic full hydraulic core drilling machine under the "highprecision" transformation of the equipment in China.
