Due to geological factors,technological factors and drilling tool factors,it is impossible to avoid the problem of well deviation,which will cause a series of adverse effects on subsequent drilling,completion and oil extraction.Especially in the deep drilling with a depth of 6000 m,how to effectively control the well deviation and control the hole straightness has always been the most urgent technical problem in the drilling engineering.The traditional pendulum drilling tools and other deviation correction and anti deviation technologies can not meet the needs of modern drilling for a long time.Therefore,the design,research and development of a pure mechanical vertical drilling system with reliable performance is of great practical significance for drilling under geothermal conditions such as deep hole and ultra deep hole..In order to overcome the problems of the existing vertical drilling system,such as high drilling cost,unstable drilling tools,puncturing drilling tools,sealing,high temperature resistance and so on,this paper carefully designs and studies a set of multi-level lever amplifying and rectifying force vertical drilling system,which is characterized by relatively simple structure,economic and applicable to deep well and geothermal drilling with high efficiency It does not need an electronic system,only relies on the eccentric vertical block to adjust itself with the borehole inclination,and uses a continuous number of levers to convert the continuous expansion of gravity at the drill pipe into the inclination correction force from the drill bit,so as to realize the pure mechanical automatic vertical drilling system for the automatic deviation correction of the borehole trajectory in the direction of the plumb.The system consists of non rotating outer cylinder,sliding bearing,universal joint,spindle,upper and lower sealing rings,ball bearing and other components.In case of deviation,the eccentric weight will automatically turn to the lower side of the wellbore under the action of gravity,and the mandrel will transfer the deviation correction force by means of lever through the ball bearing,and finally to the bit.The force comes from the gravity of the drill pipe.The main design contents and conclusions are writed in follows:(1)This paper systematically studies the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the various guiding modes and principles of the current vertical drilling system,and comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various guiding systems.A new idea of amplifying and rectifying force by multi lever is put forward;(2)Through theoretical analysis and calculation,it is proved that it is feasible to design the vertical drilling system by amplifying and rectifying force of continuous lever,and the parts of the system are designed and assembled by SolidWorks software,finally the design of "multi-level lever amplifying and rectifying force vertical drilling system" is completed;(3)Compared with other drilling systems,this system does not have any electronic components and oil pressure control parts.It can be used for drilling under high temperature and deep drilling conditions,with a wide range of applications;(4)The system is mainly some simple mechanical parts,so it not only has low manufacturing cost,but also has low down-hole failure rate,convenient use and maintenance.It is suitable for long-time work in the well,can improve the effective drilling time and reduce the drilling cost,which makes the system have great advantages in the actual work.
