In this paper,the shale reservoir of the Middle Devonian Tanshanping Formation and Dacaozi Formation of the YND1 well,in the Ninglang-Yanyuan area is taken as the research object.The shale samples are selected according to the depth range of700m to 1400m,based on experimental tests and mathematical statistics.Means,taking the shale lithofacies development characteristics as the problem-oriented,carrying out systematic research,mainly to obtain the following contents:The mud shale of Tanshanping Formation in Ninglang-Yanyuan area is mainly composed of clay minerals and carbonate minerals.The shale of Dacaozi Formation is mainly composed of clay minerals and clastic minerals.The shale clay minerals of the Tanshanping Formation mainly contain illite,illite and montmorillonite,kaolinite and chlorite,of which illite and illite mixed layers are the main components;the shale clay minerals of the Dacaozi Formation mainly contain illite and The mixed layer,kaolinite and chlorite are mainly illite,and the mixed layer and chlorite are supplemented by illite and montmorillonit,some of which contain a small amount of kaolinite.The analysis of organic geochemical characteristics shows that the types of organic matter of the Middle Devonian shale in the Ninglang-Yanyuan area are all type?1.The maturity is high,and it is in the stage of over-mature dry gas,and the maturity is increasing with the depth.Based on the principle model of mass balance of organic matter,the recovery coefficient K of the Middle Devonian in the Ninglang-Yanyuan area is between 1.686 and 1.823,with an average of 1.762.The original organic carbon content of the Tanshanping Formation and Dacaozi Formation is similarly averaged at about 2%,and both of them show strong heterogeneity in the vertical direction.Based on the statistical method to quantitatively define the brittle minerals and non-brittle minerals,the best clustering number in this area is 3 types,of which the brittle minerals of the Tanshanping Formation are carbonate minerals and the brittle minerals of the Dacaozi Formation are quartz.The content of brittle minerals and brittleness index I of the Tanshanping Formation are extreme,which is not suitable for evaluating the brittleness of this Formation.The brittle mineral content,brittleness index?and brittleness index?showed a consistent trend in the Dacaozi Formation.Comprehensive evaluation of shale mineral composition,organic matter characteristics,shale lithofacies in the Middle Devonian mud shale reservoir in the YND1 well in the Ninglang-Yanyuan area shows that the Tanshanping Formation type?reservoir accounts for 12%,type?reservoirs account for 56%,type?reservoirs account for 32%;the Dacaozi Formation type I reservoirs account for 28%,type II reservoirs account for 63%,type?reservoirs account for 9%.Overall,the Dacaozi Formation is superior to the reservoir of Tanshanping Formation has more exploration potential.
