Because of its excellent performance,laser is widely used in the measurement of target position.The distance and speed of the target can be obtained through the position information.When the laser measurement system measures the position of the high-speed target,many problems will occur.First,the high-speed moving target will cause the saturation of the photoelectric detection module at a short distance,and the detection capability of the module will be weak at a long distance;the second is the measurement system's response speed can't keep up with the changing speed of the high-speed moving target position.At present,most mainstream laser ranging and speed measuring products can only measure the distance of static targets or the speed of moving targets,and cannot measure the distance and speed of high-speed moving targets at the same time.With the development of society and science and technology,people's demand for the measurement of moving targets is increasing.It can be seen that the range and speed measurement system of high-speed moving targets has a wide range of application prospects,so research in this area is of great significance.In this paper,a phase laser distance measurement system for high-speed moving targets is built on the basis of a phase laser distance measurement system for measuring the distance of a static target.Focus on research and improvement from three aspects:First,simplify the clock signal generation module and photoelectric detection module.The first is the simplification of the clock signal generation module.In general,the clock signal source is realized by direct digital frequency synthesis technology or phase-locked loop.The advantage of these two methods is that the generated signal frequency is very stable,but the cost is higher and The circuit is more complicated and the cost performance is not high.The signal frequency generated by CPLD is also relatively stable,and the price is relatively low.The circuit structure is simple,and the clock signal source can be completely replaced by it.Based on the phase measurement system architecture based on the dual-frequency modulation signal[1],the photoelectric amplifier circuit that receives the reference signal is removed,and the reference signal is directly generated by the clock signal generation module.This simplifies the system and saves costs.The second is to improve the laser modulation transmitter module.Through the closed-loop proportional control method,the laser emission power has an automatic control function.The dynamic range of the system can be increased,and the system can quickly track the moving target.The third is to optimize the photoelectric detection module.Can improve the response speed of the system.After completing the above optimization design,it is proved through theoretical calculation and simulation that the improved part can achieve the expected effect and achieve the expected research goal of this subject.At the same time,it also completed the circuit schematic drawing of the circuit module and the design,production,installation,debugging and part of the test of the PCB.
