Tailings pond is an artificial high potential energy hazard source,which has the possibility of collapse of the dam body.Once the dam breaks,the formed high-energy debris flow formed will sweep the downstream and pose a huge threat to the surrounding environment of the reservoir and the life and property safety of the downstream residents.In order to maintain the ecological environment stability around the tailings pond and guarantee the life and property safety of the people downstream of the tailings pond,this paper relies on the uav photogrammetry technology and the computational fluid mechanics analysis theory of the tailings pond dam break,carried out the research on the movement process of water and sand flow under the tailings pond dam break based on the uav photogrammetry technology.This paper first studies the influencing factors of UAV photogrammetry,and on this basis,completes the acquisition of geographic information data such as the topography of 20 square kilometers of Yancang tailings pond and surrounding areas in Yongping Copper Mine The dams 3#and 4#of Yancang Tailings Dam in Pingtong Copper Mine were the research object.The method of computational fluid dynamics was used to simulate the movement process of the discharge sand flow after the tailings dam collapsed.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the defects of current route planning software in calculating aerial photo height,a method for determining aerial photo height of uav based on the average ground resolution of aerial photo was proposed to reduce the impact of take-off point setting and terrain fluctuation on the ground resolution of aerial photo;(2)Uav photogrammetry influence factor analysis test is carried out.The test results show that:the greater the number of control points,the smaller the ground resolution of aerial images,the higher the image overlap rate,the higher the accuracy of the air three solution;The effect of the adjustment will appear,and the accuracy of the air three solution will no longer increase with the increase in the number of control points;The test results show that:the greater the number of control points,the smaller the ground resolution of aerial images,the higher the image overlap rate,the higher the accuracy of the air three solution;The effect of the adjustment will appear,and the accuracy of the air three solution will no longer increase with the increase in the number of control points;(3)On the basis of uav photogrammetry technology,the geographic information data of Yancang tailings pond of Yongping copper mine and its surrounding areas of about 20 square kilometers were obtained,and the production of aerial survey 4D products and the construction of 3D models were completed;(4)Based on the topographical and geomorphic data obtained from aerial survey,using the method of computational fluid dynamics,the numerical simulation of the movement process of the discharge sand flow after the breakdown of the 3#and 4#auxiliary dams of the Yancang tailings dam in Yongping Copper Mine was conducted.The simulation results show that the flood peak flow during the dam break is 276.34m~3/s,the maximum flow velocity is 9m/s,and the total amount of tailings discharge is 400000m~3;after the dam breaks,a large amount of tailings accumulate in the valley downstream of the dam body Only village buildings with a base elevation of less than 95.02m will be affected by tailing siltation.
