Industrial vision technology is widely used in various industries such as machinery manufacturing,textiles,food manufacturing,digital electronic products,especially in the mobile phone industry.Various advanced manufacturing technologies(such as industrial vision technology and laser cutting technology)are used in mobile phone manufacturing related processes(such as Mobile phone shell cutting,marking,welding,motherboard manufacturing,engraving,mobile phone keyboard chip marking,etc.).In order to improve production efficiency and achieve automated production,various mobile phone manufacturers are developing various automated processing equipment to replace traditional manual production.In the process of assembling the mobile phone case,in order to ensure the sealing performance of the mobile phone case and the components,it is necessary to apply excess glue and then remove the overflow glue.The current methods are mostly manual removal,which is inefficient and difficult to guarantee the appearance quality;There are also some mobile phone assembly factories that try to use the processing platform with image processing technology to realize the detection and processing of spilled glue.However,due to the randomness of the thickness and shape of the spilled glue,the recognition processing efficiency is low and the accuracy is not very high,which makes it easy to damage the surface of the mobile phone case and it is difficult to meet the actual production requirements.Aiming at the actual process requirements of mobile phone glue removal,this paper uses the advantages of laser processing and image recognition processing technology to design and ensure the efficiency of automatic recognition of mobile phone box glue overflow and the accuracy of degumming processing.The processed fiber laser automatically recognizes the processing platform and installs "eyes" to the existing laser processing platform,The platform uses an optimized and improved positioning accuracy detection algorithm,which improves the detection accuracy under the premise of ensuring less detection time;uses the white light interference principle to detect the spilled glue shape information and fit it into the laser processing path,according to the spilled glue height value information automatically,Choose the appropriate laser processing parameters for laser degumming;According to the actual problem of removing glue overflow,the MFC framework is used to design and develop a human-computer interaction software that adapts to the processing platform.The use shows that the human-computer interaction software is simple and easy to understand,At the same time adapt to the windows operating system.Finally,the actual samples are tested and verified to adjust and optimized the processing parameters.The results show that the efficiency of automatic identification and the accuracy of processing can be guaranteed to meet the technical requirements of actual production automation for degumming processing.At the same time,the automatic recognition processing system studied in this paper also has a certain reference for CNC machining platform and automatic manipulator processing.
