Fracture of functionally graded materials(FGM)has become a hot topic in research. In this paper, the stress distribution of the rectangular crack and blunt crack in FGM are discussed.First of all,FGM is understood preliminarily, and the research status and application direction of FGM are reviewed. Then, according to the actual cracks, the corresponding mathematical model is established, and the reasonable boundary conditions are proposed. In the study of the rectangular crack problem:because the traditional method to solve the fracture problem is to use the Fourier transform,it is necessary to solve the partial differential equation of four cracks, and solve the crack tip problem, find the right weight to meet the two crack equations, which is undoubtedly a huge project. Therefore,in this paper, the complex variable function method is used to transform the rectangular hole problem into a closed curve problem with nodes, and the results are in line with the results of other scholars, which proves the effectiveness of the method. In the study of blunt crack:because there are two curved cracks in the blunt crack, the complex function method is used to solve the problem and satisfactory results are obtained.
